Affordable does not ask web buyers to waive an applicable consumer route merely to open the app. An approved web refund is returned to the original payment method. Live checkout remains gated until the review, payment-reversal and support route is staffed and tested.

The current Google route is Google Play’s refund flow. Never email a complete card number, password, or identity document.

A full refund removes the refunded entitlement when it is still the source of current access. The account returns to the highest remaining valid paid or claimed edition, if any.

Unused upgrade gifts and unspent credit dependent on the refunded purchase are revoked or reduced. A recipient keeps a validly claimed upgrade unless law, fraud, or processor reversal requires a different result; support will explain the specific ledger change.
