Leaving is a button.
For web purchases, this function records a withdrawal statement and issues a timestamped reference. It does not itself decide eligibility or execute a refund, and remains available without requiring an account login.
ONLINE WITHDRAWAL FUNCTION
Withdraw from
contract here.
This records the time you submit. Eligibility and the order are reviewed afterward; a mismatch does not quietly erase your statement.
When to use this
Use this function when you want to exercise an applicable consumer right to withdraw from a web contract. The usual EU distance-contract period is 14 days, but local rules and the facts of a purchase can differ.
For a defect, duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, App Store purchase, Google Play purchase or another refund question, the refund guide has the matching route.
What happens next
Affordable records the submission time, gives you a public reference, and attempts to send the same acknowledgement to the supplied email. If delivery cannot complete immediately, it is queued for retry; keep the on-screen reference.
Eligibility review, access reversal and payment refund are separate operations. Live checkout remains gated until that operating route is staffed and tested. A spelling or matching problem does not rewrite the original submission time.
Data and safety
The form needs a name, receipt email and order reference to identify the contract. Do not enter a card number, password, identity document or explanation.
The statement and its outcome are retained with the purchase records needed for consumer, accounting and dispute duties. See the privacy notice for access and deletion rights.
