Live checkout is disabled while the trader’s verified legal name, establishment address, telephone number and registration are awaiting publication. No placeholder identity is treated as a seller.

These terms are written for web consumer purchases in the European Union and do not replace any additional mandatory local rights. Assisted organizational orders also include their signed order form.

Every listed edition is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The base price is €0.99 on the web; taxes and store-local pricing are shown before confirmation. A higher edition includes the eligible benefits below it.

A signed-in web owner moving upward pays the displayed difference between the current and destination editions. Store upgrade mechanics may use the store’s required price presentation. The receipt identifies the payment processor and is the source of truth.

Keep sign-in credentials private and give accurate account information. A purchase belongs to the account that validly activates its receipt. The web client is supported now; iOS and Android become supported purchase clients only when the platform status confirms their store release.

Do not probe, overload, automate abuse, bypass edition controls, interfere with another account, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict a compromised or abusive account while we investigate, and will explain the route to appeal.

Affordable gifts are tier upgrades only. Approved Host and Institution orders include a denominated upgrade balance. A sender chooses the required starting edition and a higher destination edition; the recipient must own eligible starting access.

An unclaimed link can be revoked and its reserved value returns to the sender. If the recipient has already moved partway up, only the value actually needed is used and the remainder returns. Claimed upgrades cannot be resold, cashed out, or generate another gift balance; a refund, dispute or invalid source can reverse dependent value. See the gifting guide.

Society includes private circles for up to 30. Host and Institution are assisted editions: the public app contains planning workspaces, while any participant delivery, support, implementation, capacity, exports or branding exists only when named in an accepted order form. Host and Institution are not available through unattended checkout.

Buyers must have authority to invite participants and provide any notices their organization requires. Aggregate tools are not employee surveillance, medical assessment, emergency communication, or a substitute for required consultation.

We aim for a fast, durable service and may change presentation, repair faults, or replace a benefit with an equivalent or better one. An edition is a one-time, non-renewing purchase with no scheduled expiry while its purchase and account remain valid; it will not quietly become an automatically renewing subscription.

Affordable’s software, art direction, writing, and marks remain protected. You own the personal material you deliberately add and grant only the limited licence needed to operate the service. Exports remain yours.

Eligible consumers can use the continuously available online withdrawal function during the applicable period. The separate refund guide explains processor routes for defects, duplicate charges and later requests. Affordable does not make opening web access conditional on waiving a valid 14-day withdrawal route.

A completed refund may remove the related edition and dependent upgrade value. The service is supplied with reasonable care. Nothing here limits mandatory rights or excludes a responsibility that law does not allow us to exclude.

You may stop using Affordable at any time. A signed-in owner can initiate deletion at Account & deletion; access is disabled immediately and eligible product data is scheduled for removal and account de-identification after 30 days. We may restrict access for serious or repeated breach after proportionate notice, unless immediate action is needed for security or law.

Submit a resolution request to [email protected]; monitored ownership and escalation remain launch requirements. Your mandatory local consumer protections, courts, and complaint routes remain available. Material term changes will carry an effective date and summary once the notice mechanism is operational.
